Yoga Pranava is a small, in-person practice space led by Kedhareswari, built around the oldest teaching in yoga: that steady breath makes a steady mind. Classes for every age and every starting point.
Kedhareswari teaches Hatha Yoga along with meditation and pranayama, with a focus on building a steady, honest practice rather than chasing advanced postures. She is newly certified and brings a beginner's patience to her teaching — every class is paced for people who are just starting out as much as those returning to their mats.
Classes are kept small and hands-on, in person, so there's room to correct alignment gently and answer questions as they come up.
Traditional postures held with attention — building strength, flexibility and balance at a pace that suits the body in front of her, not a fixed routine.
Guided sitting practice to quiet a busy mind. Useful on its own, and often taught alongside postures to close a session.
Breathing techniques at the heart of the practice — the "Pranava" in the studio's name. Learn to use breath deliberately, not just notice it.
Cleansing and energizing techniques that prepare the body and mind for deeper practice — traditionally paired with pranayama and meditation.
Yoga Pranava isn't built around difficulty or flexibility as a goal. It's built around consistency — showing up, breathing properly, and letting the body change on its own timeline.
Classes are held in person and kept small, so there's real attention on form and breath rather than a room full of people following along at a distance.
"Yoga does not begin with the pose. It begins with the breath that carries you into it."
